The story is simple and straightforward and it is easy to understand for even small kids. The illustrations are great, my personal favorite is Sami the octopus. I like the way how the responsibility is presented: like caring for others. I think that a lot of people today skip that lesson in their childhood, or that they forgot it. I love manners book, and I enjoy the fact that someone wrote a book about why you should not pass gas in public...however this one was a little silly...but I suppose if you need to teach your child not to pass gas in public this could help

Any dad would enjoy reading this engaging story with his little girl. The illustrations are first-rate and the young heroine, Jade, is delightful. The simple story teaches an important lesson for kids, conveyed as a small learning adventure for Jade. She's coaxed and coached by her patient, creative father as he wrestles with the often-exasperating chaos of life with small children.

This book offers them both - an adventurous trip embedded with the highly important life skill of 'I can' perception and hence ability. The tool offered in the book is simple yet we all tend to forget using it in time of need… in that sense the book can benefit kids as well as their parents. Fun, practical and educational book. The illustrations are great too.

This book is beautifully written, delightful way to spark a conversation about responsibility and explain its importance in a way that children can understand. My nieces just loved it and I quite enjoyed it as well. I will definitely look up other books in the series.
